The Sirloin

An incredible streamer presentation that breathes life when properly presented.

–verb (used without object)

:to move with a sinuous or wavelike motion; display a smooth rising-and-falling or side-to-side alternation of movement:

The Sirloin undulates in the current.

As a guide I often go to this pattern in the early season, high water, late season.....
and when I am confident that there is a large fish holding and not taking any other presentation....
I often will refer to a #2 Sirloin as the "Decision Maker".

Quick story behind the  next 2 photos below:

This fish was hooked three times on  a # 2 Sirloin, third angler brought this fish to net for this photo.....
brunt of the story is that this fish would not take any other properly executed pattern....
till the "Decision Maker" was tied on and ripped down this fishes' feed lane.
